Document Assembly

kiiac's templates can also be loaded on a web-based document-assembly tool. Use this tool when you are tasked with creating the contract. If you are reviewing a document created by someone else, use the Document Benchmarking tool.

 

• kiiac automatically selects the default clause--the clause with all required language and the least amount of deal-specific language.

• Use the Clause Editor to select one or more alternative clauses and tag each alternative clause with the conditions when should be used.

• Choose the clauses you want to appear in your working document or use program logic to select the provisions.

• Click save to automatically assemble a Word document
